Confirmed reservations can be canceled or rescheduled by writing an email to wildscapeenterprise@gmail.com.

Cancellation

  1. On cancellation of any reservation at any point in time, a minimum charge of 3% on the total package amount is applicable towards the payment gateway/transaction charges, irrespective of the date of reservation and the date of cancellation.
  2. Apart from transaction charges, the following cancellation charges apply:
    • If cancellations are made 8 - 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total package amount will be charged.
    • If cancellations are made within 7 days of the check-in date, 100% of the package amount will be charged and rescheduling will not be offered.
    • In case of a No-Show, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
    • For reservations made for special events such as New Year, Christmas, or festivals, cancellation and rescheduling are not allowed.
    • Any applicable refund will be processed to the same payment method used during the reservation.
    • Applicable refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Re-Scheduling

For the convenience of our customers, we offer a Free Re-Scheduling Policy, subject to slot availability.

  • Any reservation can be rescheduled only once.
  • Free rescheduling is available only if requested at least 7 days before the check-in date.
  • The rescheduled check-in date must be within 60 days of the original check-in date.
  • At the time of rescheduling, customers must settle 100% of the package amount.
  • Rescheduled reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled again.
